Entry Tickets

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion Duration: 14th October 2024 – 04th November 2024.
  2. Packages and seats are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. You must play or forfeit the seat. Any taxes, insurance and other expenses relating to the prize will be the sole responsibility of each winner.
  3. Please review carefully the content of the package. Packages are provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and RedStar shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to any acts or omissions of third party suppliers, including without limitation, airlines, carriage service providers. For the avoidance of any doubt, it is hereby clarified that RedStar shall not be responsible in any way for the nature of the event or prizes and their respective quality, and you hereby waive any claim and/or demand in relation thereto.
  4. By playing The Festival in Bratislava online tournaments you declare that you are ready and able to travel to Bratislava, Slovakia, in order to participate at The Festival in Bratislava Live event. This includes any and all documents required for travel to the destination.
  5. All seats for “The Festival in Bratislava” won via an Online platform MUST be used in the destination tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X” from 19th November 2024 (the “Destination Tournament”) or if a player has won several seats in another The Festival tournament from 18th November 2024 - 24th November 2024 in Bratislava.
  6. Maximum amount of “The Festival in Bratislava” packages that a player can win by qualifying via Online platform satellites: 1 per player during the promotion duration. Once the player wins a package, he will be excluded from all the future package satellites during the promotion duration. The player may still participate in Seat only satellites after winning a package.
  7. In case a player won multiple seats, they can enter multiple Day 1 events “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”). The onus is on the player to play the first seat and then arrange transfer of additional seats won to another tournament or player if required.
  8. Players will only be able to carry over one stack into “The Festival Main Event - Day 2” on 23rd November 2024, should they qualify from multiple Day-1 events in Bratislava. The tournament “The Festival Main Event - Day 1X”is played in “surrender mode” (players can choose to forfeit a stack that has qualified to day 2 and re-enter in another Day 1). If a player has already qualified to Day-2 and still has ME tickets left, he has an option to: Transfer the ticket to another player at the location/Change the ticket to other tournament tickets with a possibility to top up in cash.
  9. Every effort must be made by the player to ensure they play / use all seats won. Under NO circumstances will refunds be issued by the event organisers and\or the RedStar.
  10. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge that you have been pre-registered to play with the event organiser, who is considered the data controller. For any privacy related questions, please go to https://www.thefestival.com/privacy-policy.
  11. To participate in the revenue mission, players must opt in once for the duration of the mission qualification period.
  12. Revenue mission qualification period: 14/10/2024 00:00 GMT – 03/11/2024 17:00 GMT
  13. Maximum amount of “€100 The Festival [Mission]”” entry tickets issued for completing the revenue mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
  14. The revenue mission will award “€100 The Festival [Mission]” entry tickets that are valid only in “The Festival” tournaments during the Promotion Duration. “€100 The Festival [Mission]” entry tickets expire on the 04/11/2024.
  15. Satellites will award “€3 The Festival PACKAGE Auto”, “€3 The Festival PACKAGE Entry”, “€15 The Festival PACKAGE Auto”, “€15 The Festival PACKAGE Entry”, “€100 The Festival [PACKAGE]”, “€100 The Festival [PCKG] Auto”, “€0.50 The Festival SEATS Auto”, “€5 The Festival SEATS Auto”, “€5 The Festival SEATS Entry”, “€50 The Festival SEATS Auto” and “€50 The Festival SEATS Entry” entry tickets which can only be used in “The Festival in Bratislava” Qualifiers related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. Auto-Registration tickets automatically add the player to the target event.
  16. All “€XX The Festival PACKAGE Entry“ and “€XX The Festival SEATS Entry” tickets expire 2 months after having been issued. After the promotion duration they will be linked to all tournaments.
  17. All “€XX The Festival PACKAGE Auto” and “€XX The Festival SEATS Auto” auto registration entry tickets are valid only in “The Festival” target tournaments during the promotion duration and directly register players to the target event. “€XX The Festival PACKAGE Auto” entry tickets expire on the 04/11/2024. “€XX The Festival SEATS Auto” entry tickets expire on the 05/11/2024.
  18. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the Players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the Players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  19. We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
  20. RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on Players that have already participated in this Promotion.
  21. Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
  22. If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
  23. In addition to these rules, all of the normal network rules and RedStar Terms & Conditions apply.
