TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Period: 04/05/2025 to 10/06/2025.
2. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT/UTC) applies to all times stated.
3. Some “EXL” main events may replace similar regular network tournaments on the date of each main event.
4. Satellites will award tickets which can only be used in Elite Series XL: Spring Showdown related tournaments whilst the Promotion is in progress. After the Promotion they will be linked to all tournaments.
5. To participate in the missions, players must opt in once per mission for the duration of the mission qualification periods.
6. Maximum amount of “€10,000 Elite Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the Satellite, SERIES GRINDER, MYSTERY BOUNTY ENJOYER, BOUNTY HUNTER and CHALLENGER mission: 1 per mission per player during the mission qualification period.
7. Maximum amount of “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” entry tickets issued for completing the “BOUNTY LEGEND” mission: 1 per player during the mission qualification period.
8. Maximum amount of “€15 CHALLENGER STEP” entry tickets issued for completing the Low revenue mission: 1 per player during each weekly revenue mission qualification period.
9. Maximum amount of “€25 SUPERSTACK” entry tickets issued for completing the Medium revenue mission: 1 per player during each weekly revenue mission qualification period.
10. Maximum amount of “€50 CHALLENGER SAT” entry tickets issued for completing the High revenue mission: 1 per player during each weekly revenue mission qualification period.
11. “EXL €X Ticket May25”, “€15 CHALLENGER STEP”, €50 CHALLENGER SAT”, “€25 SUPERSTACK”, “€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ and “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” entry tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
12. Minimum required players for the “€10,000 EXL Freeroll” to start: 33. Minimum required players for the “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” to start: 2. If the minimum required players are not reached, the freeroll is cancelled and the entry ticket can be used in the next freeroll.
13. All “€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ / “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” tournaments will be capped at 5,000 maximum entrants.
14. “€15 CHALLENGER STEP”, €50 CHALLENGER SAT” and “€25 SUPERSTACK” entry tickets are valid only in their respective “EXL” target tournaments during the Promotion. “EXL €X Ticket May25” entry tickets are valid only in “EXL” tournaments during the Promotion. “€15 CHALLENGER STEP”, €50 CHALLENGER SAT”, “€25 SUPERSTACK” and “EXL €X Ticket May25” entry tickets expire 2 months after having been issued. After the Elite Series they will be linked to all tournaments.
15. “€10,000 EXL Freeroll“ / “€3,000 KO Master Freeroll” entry tickets expire on 12/06/2025.
16. Tournament Money can only be used for tournament buy-ins in network currency € and does not expire.
17. Players can use tournament money to register for any tournament that accepts cash registration. When registering for a tournament, if a player has tournament money, it will be used instead of their real cash balance, provided there is no higher-priority acceptable buy-in method available, such as iPoints or tournament tickets.
18. Tournament money can be combined with the player’s real money.
19. If a player does not have enough tournament money to cover the full registration fee, the system will use the available tournament money and cover the remainder with the player’s real cash.
20. Tournament money can only be combined with real cash and cannot be used in combination with tournament tickets or iPoints.
21. Tournament money cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used within the poker applications.
22. If a tournament is cancelled or interrupted, RedStar will return the buy in or the network tickets to the players and they will be able to register for the next available event. RedStar will not offer any additional compensation to the players if the event is cancelled or interrupted, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
23. We are not responsible for any adverse effects any participants experience throughout the use of their prize.
24. RedStar Administration and iPoker Network reserve the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, provided that such change or amendment shall not have a detrimental effect on players that have already participated in missions pursuant to this Promotion.
25. Players may not create more than one account on RedStar poker room website for the purpose of entering the Promotion. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, we reserve the rights, at our sole discretion, to exclude a Player from participating in the Promotion or to refuse to award a Prize to a Player's account.
26. If such a breach occurs, the RedStar administration may, at its discretion, close all such a Player’s accounts.
27. In addition to these rules, all of the normal network rules and RedStar Terms & Conditions apply.
